ORGANIC WINES
Our objective in working the land is not to dominate or claim ownership of it, but rather to integrate ourselves into the natural environment through organic farming, fostering a healthy and sustainable ecosystem.
We adopt sustainable measures at all stages of the winemaking process, from growing the grapes to working in the winery. Everything in our vineyards, from pruning to harvesting, is done naturally in collaboration with nature. It is also worth noting that we do not use any type of synthetic chemical products in the vineyards, neither during wine production nor aging.

The commitment to the land of the Castillo de Aresan wines is recognised by certifications such as the Bio Brazil, Bio China, Nop, Bio Suisse, Eco Europa etc.
VEGAN WINES
The Vegan wine is a healthy and natural product which respects both the plant and animal environment as well as the human being, offering a wine made from what nature has created for man, combining natural methods and innovative technologies to ensure the sustainability of the product.
The vegetable and vegan traceability of Castillo de Aresan wines has been certified by the International Vegetarian Union since 2018.
